Privacy Policy
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.
Contacting us
If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm.
We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you allow this only in individual cases.
Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.
Web analytics
Our website uses functions of the web analysis services Google, Facebook and LinkedIn. The information is collected through cookies and / or pixel tags (invisible graphics, also known as „web beacons“). You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. In addition, you may prevent the collection by Google of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. A general contradiction to the use of cookies used for online marketing purposes can be found in a variety of services, especially in the case of tracking, via the US website http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU site http://www.youronlinechoices.com/.
We point out that data of the users outside the area of the European Union can be processed. This may result in risks for the users because e.g. enforcement of user rights could be made more difficult. With respect to US providers certified under the Privacy Shield, we point out that they are committed to respecting EU privacy standards. For a detailed description of the respective processing and the possibilities of contradiction (opt-out), we refer to the following linked information of the provider.
Also in the case of requests for information and the assertion of user rights, we point out that these can be claimed most effectively from the providers. Only the providers have access to the data of the users and can directly take appropriate measures and provide information. If you still need help, you can contact us.

The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal regulations of the § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as the art 6 Abs 1 a) (consent) and / or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO. Our concern in the sense of the DSGVO (justified interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web appearance. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.
Integration of services and contents of third parties
We use third-party content or services within our online offering to provide their content and services. E.g. to include videos or fonts (collectively referred to as „content“).
This always presupposes that the third-party providers of this content perceive the IP address of the users, since they could not send the content to their browser without the IP address. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. We endeavor to use only content whose respective providers use the IP address solely for the delivery of the content. Third parties may also use pixel tags (invisible graphics, also known as „web beacons“) for statistical or marketing purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection regarding your stored data. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to us at office[at]albacommunications.at or the data protection authority.
Information, cancellation, blocking
At any time you have the right to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing and a right to correct, block or delete this data. For further information on personal data you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint.
